Using the Zoomspec Marketplace
Zoomspec Marketplace is a 100% FREE service for Zoomspec community members. To use zoomspec Marketplace you must agree to the Zoomspec general site terms and conditions, disclaimer and privacy policy, in addition to the following.
You must not:
- be false or misleading
- violate any laws
- post any threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent material
- Post stolen or dangerous goods, or those that are listed below under 'Offensive or Unsafe Items'
- infringe any third-party right
- distribute or include spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes
- distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Zoomspec.com or the interests or property of its members
- copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent
Abuse of the Zoomspec Marketplace
You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to Zoomspec Marketplace and any consequences that may result from your post. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breeching the above terms. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user's usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user's registration.
If you find Zoomspec members abusing the terms and conditions, or find any other problems, please report them to us. We will terminate membership for any users found in breach of the terms and conditions, and IP addresses will be blocked indefinitely.
Infringement
Members must not post content that infringes the rights of third parties, including, content that infringes on intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark i.e. selling counterfeit goods.
If the owners of copyright, trademark rights or other rights find anything on Zoomspec that infringes their rights, please report it to us using the Contact Us form and the items will be removed (and offending members will be blocked indefinitely from Zoomspec).
Liability
You agree that we will not be held responsible for any fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other activity that may result from the use of the Zoomspec Marketplace including what other users post or do.
We do not review users' postings and are not involved in the actual transactions between users. As most of the content on Zoomspec Marketplace comes from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what's offered.
In no event do we accept liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.
Disputes
If a dispute arises between you and another user, you must address this between yourselves. Zoomspec has no involvement whatsoever in the transactions between seller and buyer. Always ensure you take proper cautions when entering into transactions with other users.
Other information
We reserve the right to remove without notice, any advertisements that we feel are not relevant or of value to the Zoomspec community.
We reserve the right to remove without notice, any advertisements that breach any of terms & conditions.
We reserve the right to permanently delete the Zoomspec account of people who breach our terms & conditions.
Offensive or Unsafe Items
The following items cannot be advertised on Zoomspec Marketplace because they are either prohibited by UK law, are offensive, or unsafe:
- Pornography
- Adult videos/DVDs
- Adult sex toys
- Escort/prostitution services
- Alcohol (breaches licencing laws)
- Counterfeit goods of any nature
- Unauthorised copies of software DVDs, music and other media
- Drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Endangered or protected animals or animal parts
- Firearms and ammunition (includes airguns, replica guns)
- Fireworks
- Football tickets
- Lottery tickets
- Multi-level marketing, pyramid, matrix and trading schemes
- Personal information or mailing lists
- Prescription drugs and materials
- Stolen items
- Tobacco and tobacco products
- Train tickets
- Weapons & knives
